Group Salsa Beginner One: 8 weeks duration

Assumes dancers have dominance of footwork, salsa timing, and the ability to perform both lead and follow Salsa Basic Steps, Cumbia, Right and Left hand turns, plus Cross Body Lead. Introduces salsa fundamentals in partner dancing. Emphasis placed on timing and connection. If you have no Salsa Dance experience and do not know Basic Salsa footwork: Enroll in TLOS Salsa Foot Work Foundations program first, starting September 13th at 7pm. Additional Pre-requisite: willingness to learn and have fun.

Body Movements for Followers: 5 weeks duration.

Ideal for followers who want to add an element of body movement and styling to complement their unique dance style applicable across different music genres. Emphasis to safety in execution when dancing solo or with a partner, proper core engagement, and overall mind body connection in relation to space. Open to all levels. Pre-requisite: Mastery of basic footwork and turns.
